With over 40 years of experience in the microelectronics industry designing specialized integrated circuits for automotive, industrial, and commercial markets, Scott Denis brings a wealth of expertise and analytical precision to his role as a bookkeeper. Now semi-retired, Scott has transitioned into a role where his passion for numbers and organizational skills shine.
As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Levels 1, 2, and Payroll) and a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), Scott specializes in delivering exceptional value to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs, particularly in service-related industries and residential trades.
Scott’s approach to bookkeeping is rooted in professionalism, accuracy, and a client-focused mindset. By striving to understand each client’s unique needs and challenges, fostering open communication and building trust, Scott sets his clients up to achieve their growth potential and accomplish their strategic objectives. With his friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to excellence, Scott values the opportunity to use his extensive professional background to support clients on their financial journeys.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his grandchildren, who bring him endless joy and inspiration. He is passionate about exploring the endless opportunities North Carolina has to offer for enjoying the outdoors. By pairing his passion for fitness with his love of nature, Scott enjoys an active lifestyle that keeps him energized and connected.
Sophia I. Milano, CPA, EA, MST

Sophia Milano holds a license from the NH Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant, holds an Enrolled Agent designation from the IRS as well as a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Northeastern University in Boston.
Sophia has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and taxation. Her broad work experience encompasses government work with the Internal Revenue Service for nearly 10 years in the Small Business/Self Employed Division as a Revenue Officer. She also held senior roles in large international firms such as Ernst & Young as well as local and regional firms. Her tax engagements include tax work for companies such as Global Petroleum, Sig Arms, and Sterilite as well as preparation of the individual, private foundations, and estate tax returns of high-net-worth individuals such as the owners of the Red Sox and the New York Yankees as well as Fidelity executives. She is a long-time member of the New Hampshire Tax and Accounting Professionals and the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
In addition to her professional career, Sophia is active in her church, and when not doing taxes you can find Sophia cooking, gardening, or hiking.
